Can’t say enough great things about our stay. From the second we got there until we left, everything was super smooth and easy. Beautiful home, great for a large group… black mountain is great for a relaxed getaway. Kyah was extremely responsive and answered all questions- just an amazing host. Will absolutely be back for our next reunion and stay at this property!
Quite possibly one of the nicest Air BnB’s that I have stayed at. It felt like the house was recently renovated. With stunning decor and comfortable beds, you feel right at home. Even better that you can bring along your four-legged family member. It’s in a perfect location about 5-10 minutes outside of downtown, close enough for a quick drive or Uber, but still gives you the peace of the mountains. Highly recommend renting this property!
Our family is so grateful to have found the Firefly Cottages! They were perfect for our vacation. The owners attention to detail really made our experience over the top.
Each cottage was stocked with everything you need to feel right at home, including board games and activities for the kids. We cooked nearly each night and had all kitchen items needed to do so. The foliage around the property is beautiful and gives you a ton of privacy.
The Upper Cottage is a two bedroom, one bath; the Lower Cottage is a three bedroom, two bath. Both with full kitchens, living rooms, hot tubs, fire pits, you name it.
We spent a lot of time traveling the area. Downtown Asheville was just under 15 min, airport roughly 20 min, tubing and the Asheville Arboretum about 20 min, Biltmore Estate about 15 min.
Needless to say, the Firefly Cottages will be the place we stay next time we visit Asheville!!
An amazing stay for a large group if you are looking to be secluded as well as close to downtown Asheville and other areas. Check-in and communication was awesome, and the place offered so many activities such as the movie theater room, the hot tub, the fire pit, enos, etc. I will definitely be planning another stay!
